Training and proper instruction are key factors in completing any road race, including our second year of the Road2Hope Hamilton Marathon! The longer the distance the more essential this becomes. We want all of our participants to have a wonderful experience as they participate in their run on the Red Hill Valley Parkway and into Confederation Park.

We are blessed in Ontario with a large number of Running stores where they are specialists not only in the selling of technical shoes and apparel, but they are runners who love the sport and are able to provide training and running clinics for you.
