Refund Policy
Refunds/Deferrals:
New in 2023 - Road2Hope now offers a deferral option to those who purchase the "2024 deferral package" at point of registration. Protect your investment this year by purchasing this add on to your event. Should you be unable to participate for any reason, you are able to defer your registration to next year, no questions asked! Without this purchased add on, there will be no refunds or deferrals on registration fees. This is due to the large number of prepaid expenses we incurred for the event. Should you wish to find someone to run on your behalf, we are also happy to assist and facilitate transfers. Sick/COVID-19 Policy:
For anyone not feeling well on race day or leading up to race day, we ask that you take the health screener provided by public health. Registration fees remain non-refundable and non-deferrable to a future year for illness.
In terms of COVID-19, we are following the public health measures and advice as listed on the Government of Ontario Website. These guidelines can be found HERE.
If you are unable attend the event due to any injury or illness, you have the option to transfer to a different participant which we will gladly assist you with.
We ask that anyone with a confirmed diagnosis and anyone experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 on race day please stay home.
