Location: The 1K course is located in Confederation Park (free entry to the park for all registered runners and spectators).

Prize Purse of $10,000 with $4000 in bonuses

Start: 09:30 am

Prize payout for Male and Female:

1st - $2000, 2nd - $1250, 3rd - $1000, 4th - $400, 

5th - $200, 6th - $100, 7th - $50

$2000 bonus for Canadian records (must me Canadian Citizen)

Male - 13:35 Female - 15:16

 

$1000 bonus for first male under 14 min

 

$1000 bonus for first female under 16min

Course Details: The 5K route is a single loop along the beautiful waterfront trail, and the service road. The routes is flat and fast! and is Certified

Prize Policy: Results will be reviewed after the race, and if time is needed for any reason that may occur, We will review over the following week and issue a result no later the 1 week prior to event.  In this case cheques will get mailed out then, if no issues arise with results and they are clear and confirmed, cheques will be given out the day of the race at award ceremony.

Qualifying Standards:  

Male Sub 16min 5k

Female Sub 18:30 5k

Course Details: The 10k route is an out and back along the waterfront trail. The route is flat and fast!

Aid Stations: The course will be marked every kilometer and there will be two aid stations for the 10K. The aid stations will serve water and electrolyte drink.

 

Timing: All events will be timed using the chip time disposable chip system. The chip is embedded in your race bib and It is your responsibility to ensure that your clothing does not cover your bib and inactivate the chip.

Canadian Masters National 10K Championships! 

This year, Road2Hope 10K will also serve as the Canadian Masters Athletics (CMA) National 10K Road Race Championships.

 

The top three male and female Canadian resident 10K finishers in each 5-year Masters age group, starting at ages 35-39, will be awarded CMA Gold, Silver and Bronze Championship medals. 

 

To be eligible for a CMA medal, you must enter your AC membership number at point of registration.  Please note that your Provincial membership (AO in Ontario) includes your membership to AC.

 

Pick up your medals at the CMA table near the stage after the race!  For more information click HERE.

Location: **NEW** This year, the 21.1K race course will start and finish in Confederation Park (free entry to the park for all registered runners and spectators).

Date: Sunday Nov. 6, 2022

Start: 8:00 am

Course Details: The half marathon will be a single loop course along Hamilton's beautiful waterfront  It will be flat, fast and scenic. Stay tuned for course map being released soon!

Aid Stations: The course will be marked every kilometer as well as there will be aid stations every 3 Km. The aid stations will serve water and electrolyte drink. 

 

Timing: All events will be timed using the chip time disposable chip system. The chip is embedded in your race bib and It is your responsibility to ensure that your clothing does not cover your bib and inactivate the chip.

Pacers: There will be pacers available for the following times: 

​1:30, 1:35, 1:40, 1:45, 1:50, 1:55, 2:00, 2:05, 2:10, 2:15

Aid Stations: The course will be marked every kilometer as well as there will be an aid station every 3K. The aid stations will serve water and electrolyte drink.

PacersThere will be pacers available for the following times:
