Course Details: The 5K route is a single loop along the beautiful waterfront trail, and the service road. The route is flat, fast and certified!
Prize Policy: Results will be reviewed after the race, and if time is needed for any reason that may occur, we will review over the following week and issue a result no later than 1 week prior to the event. In this case cheques will get mailed out then, if no issues arise with results and they are clear and confirmed, cheques will be given out the day of the race at the award ceremony.

Timing: All events will be timed using the chip time disposable chip system. The chip is embedded in your race bib and it is your responsibility to ensure that your clothing does not cover your bib and inactivate the chip. Further, we ask that you don't stop your GPS timing device on top of the timing mat at the finish line. This has a tendency to block the signal and skew your results.

Location: The 21.1K race course will start and finish in Confederation Park (free entry to the park for all registered runners and spectators).
Start: 8:00 am
Course Details: The half marathon will be a single loop course along Hamilton's beautiful waterfront. It will be flat, fast and scenic.
Aid Stations: The course will be marked every kilometer with aid stations approximately every 3K. The aid stations will serve water and XACT electrolyte drink. 1 feed station will be along the course at km 12 where XACT fruit bars will be distributed to participants.
Timing: All events will be timed using the chip time disposable chip system. The chip is embedded in your race bib and it is your responsibility to ensure that your clothing does not cover your bib and inactivate the chip. Further, we ask that you don't stop your GPS timing device on top of the timing mat at the finish line. This has a tendency to block the signal and skew your results.
Pacers: There will be pacers available for the following times:
1:30, 1:35, 1:40, 1:45, 1:50, 1:55, 2:00, 2:05, 2:10, 2:15, 2:20, 2:25, 2:30

Location: The 42.2K race course will now start and finish in Confederation Park (free entry to the park for all registered runners and spectators). This is a fully certified Boston Qualifier.

Aid Stations: The course will be marked every kilometer with aid stations approximately every 3K. The aid stations will serve water and XACT electrolyte drink. 3 feed stations will be along the course at kms 12, 22.5, and 33 where XACT fruit bars will be distributed to participants.
